UN Security Council condemns terrorist act in Vladikavkaz
The UN Security Council has condemned the terrorist act in Vladikavkaz, which resulted in 17 people dead and 160 injured. A bomb exploded on the 9th of September near the central market in the North Ossetian capital, Vladikavkaz.
